Your Digital Downloads
Available Worldwide. Downloads are accessible immediately after receipt of payment. Just look for the download links in your account. You will need the free Adobe Reader in order to view them. Download links are good for 72 hours. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with your files. There are no shipping fees, however sales tax will be charged if you are ordering from Oklahoma.
Your Physical shipments
Physical items can only be shipped to the United States and Canada. If you live elsewhere and you are interested in any of our physical items, please contact us via email and we'll check on shipping prices for you. Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). If you prefer insured delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Refunds of physical item costs will be refunded if the item is returned within 7 days, however the original cost of postage is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
